About the session: This training course is designed for individuals who want to learn more about how to create, implement, and deliver clear, compelling presentations which includes a discussion on best practices and approaches for interview development and skills to develop clear messages, confident presenters, cohesive teams, and client focused presentations.

Bio: Megan is a Business Development Capture Manager part of AECOM's Water Business Line's Global Strategy and Growth Team. She works with passionate client account managers, proposal managers, market sector leaders, regional business leaders, and technical teams across the Water Business Line to help build effective capture and pursuit teams to create and develop compelling strategies for our clients and projects. In this role, Megan helps to oversee proposal and interview strategies to develop and produce compelling, client-focused deliverables. Throughout each pursuit, she coaches and supports capture and pursuit teams in building strong relationships and implementing and executing best practices for presentations/interviews through a variety of different interview development techniques.
